Pidding Park - Proposed Dedicated Dog Off-Leash Area

Provide feedback on the Pidding Park - Proposed Dedicated Dog Off-Leash Area

The City of Ryde is seeking your feedback on the proposal for a new dedicated enclosed dog off-leash area in Pidding Park.

At the Council meeting on 26 July 2022, Council resolved to consult with the community to relocate the dog off-leash area to the southern corner of Pidding Park in the space between the sports field and the existing natural area. This will provide the community with a new dedicated dog off-leash area available for use 7 days a week. The draft concept plan includes fencing, double gate entries, dog exercise equipment, shelter with seating, water tap with bowl, dog waste bins with bag dispensers, new path from the car park and environmental buffer to protect local flora and fauna.

Consultation closes Tuesday 27 September 2022
